Payment Methods

PAVINI Online accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PAYPAL.  With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank . Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. PAVINI reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Return & Exchange Policy

While we take pride in all of our PAVINI, Inc. products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective PAVINI merchandise for up to 30 days after the shipment.

Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice.

*Unless stated otherwise, free shipping offers apply to Standard shipping within the contiguous United States only.

**For Second Day and Next day shipping, orders must be placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. PT to be shipped the same day. Packages will be shipped and delivered Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. PT on Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday do not ship until the following Monday.


SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow an average of one additional business day for processing, and note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no extra charge to you. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including shipping/billing verification and credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. During peak holiday periods, orders may take longer to process and ship. Once an order has been processed, actual delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. PAVINI, Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control, including but not limited to disruptions to the UPS or USPS networks. Under any circumstance, PAVINI, Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Second Day and Next Day shipping services are not available for certain remote destinations.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES AND APO & FPO ADDRESSES

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped to APO or FPO boxes within the United States are automatically shipped via USPS ground; delivery timelines for these orders vary depending on location. Some items may not be eligible.

CAN I SHIP AN ORDER TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY?

At this time, PAVINI Online can only ship orders to addresses located within the 50 United States.
