While we take pride in all of our PAVINI, Inc. products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective PAVINI merchandise for up to 30 days after the shipment. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice.

PAVINI Online accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PAYPAL.  With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank . Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. PAVINI reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
